  • We have a limited amount of equipment and space; therefore it is required to sign up before class. Kindly sign up at least 30 minutes prior to start time.
  • Doors open 15 minutes before class, and lock promptly at scheduled start time. Please plan accordingly to arrive early/on-time.
  • Early morning classes (start time between 5:30 and 6:30am), if nobody has signed up one hour before, it will be canceled.
  • Class time is a no phone zone, please place phones on vibrate. We understand that emergencies happen, if you must take a call or text, please step into the lobby or back room.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • email kelsey@barreforte.com, or cancel in your member portal.
    • A $5 fee will be applied if canceled less than 60 minutes prior to class start time. 
    • No show/failure to cancel scheduled class will receive a $10 fee when class is not full. The fee will be $20 for classes on a waitlist.
    • We reserve the right to cancel class for extenuating circumstances. If a class is canceled, you will be notified.
  • Dress Code:
    • For safety reasons, all members are required to wear closed-toe grip socks; we carry many styles and sizes in the studio for purchase.
    • Shoes and bare feet are not permitted in the studio.
    • Leggings are encouraged but not required.
    • Form-fitting clothing is encouraged so that instructors can clearly see and correct misalignments to ensure you get the safest and most effective workout possible.
