Take your workout to new heights with this 60-minute, full-body rebounding experience. You’ll move through three energizing 8-minute bounce sections, a 3-minute inverted rebound to boost circulation and lymphatic flow. Other sections include sculpt work, a signature barre booty and thigh series, and a focused core finisher with a calming cool down. Rebounding offers incredible benefits—improving cardiovascular health, balance, coordination, and pelvic floor strength—all while being gentle on the joints. Set to upbeat music and packed with feel-good energy, Bar(re) Bound 60 delivers a fun, empowering workout that leaves you feeling accomplished, strong, and unstoppable.
